Alright, so one more post from the US. I am currently sitting at my gate with just a few minutes to spare before getting on my plane. It looks good and big so hopefully I’ll be able to stand up straight in at least some of it.
Had a pretty long night last night trying really hard to get some sleep but without avail. I was plagued by the jarringly friendly voice reminding me of acceptable liquid volumes and a crazy janitor doing donuts on his sweeper-zamboni. Argh… I’m really hoping I find a way to get some sleep on the plane.
Kayla and I met up with Walker this morning so now the crew is assembled and ready to go! Next post will be from Africa!
