I want to share a better view of the islands we’ve been working on in Greece. I’ve started putting together a series of five videos, “Meet the islands,” that profiles each of the islets we introduced lizards to back in 2014. You’ll see, the islands each have their own character but are also unified in many important ways.
This is Galiatsos, the first island that we visited this year because it’s just tough going. The lizards are pretty abundant but they have so many holes to hide in getting every last lizard takes a lot of effort. At one point in the video I mention it used to be an old fort. Here’s an old post about that.
